TREE Fund’s Fall 2024 Grant Application Cycle is Open

The Tree Research and Education Endowment Fund (TREE Fund) is now accepting applications for its fall 2024 grant cycle now through October 1, 2024. Letters of Inquiry are due by September 15, 2024.

Here are the six grant programs now open for applications:

John Z. Duling Grant Program:
Provides up to $25,000 in seed funding for innovative research and technology transfer projects.

Jack Kimmel International Grant Program:
Offers up to $10,000 for arboriculture research conducted primarily outside the United States.

Safe Arborist Techniques Fund Grant Program:
Awards up to $15,000 for original research aimed at creating a safer work environment in the tree care industry.

Bob Skiera Memorial Fund Building Bridges Initiative Grant Program:
Supports global projects that promote the value of trees and urban forests through technology transfer and engagement with various stakeholders, offering up to $30,000.

Tree and Soil Research Fund Grant Program:
Provides up to $10,000 for research projects focused on trees and soils, of particular interest to the landscape architecture community.

Hyland R. Johns Grant Program:
Awards up to $25,000 for research that directly impacts industry professionals.
